Refund policy

Cancellation of an order for goods must be requested within 48 hours of placing the order or before the goods are dispatched, subject to applicable fees as per the policy. If you desire to cancel your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at info@tyrekart.com.au Please note that goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they meet the following criteria:

  1. Damaged
  2. Fitted
  3. Intended for use strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's latest published instructions on the Site or the Product itself. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with these instructions.

All returns should follow our Return Procedure. To initiate the process, please email us at info@tyrekart.com.au with your request. The following conditions apply:

  • Products must be in their original packaging and in a new, resalable condition.
  • Any used or fully/partially installed products are non-returnable.
  • Shipping costs are not covered by the Seller; the full costs are the Buyer's responsibility.

Exceptions to return eligibility include:

  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the work order and/or tax invoice)
  • Personalized items (custom engraved, embroidered, or painted)
  • Goods marked down on special cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 3 business days. Refunds take 7-10 business days to process.

Manner of return:

Unless otherwise agreed upon by the seller, all returns must be made via the authorized seller's transport that made the initial delivery. Returned goods must be accompanied by an itemized credit claim signed by a buyer's officer/employee, stating the reason for return, unless relevant invoice number(s) are provided. If any returned goods are damaged or destroyed before reaching the seller's warehouse, the buyer bears the responsibility.

Additional points:

I. All costs associated with the return of wheels and tyres are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon by the seller. Freight fees must be paid before returning goods. Goods returned without the seller's consent will be held until freight fees are paid. The buyer may incur additional delivery fees if goods are not accepted from the courier.

II. Fitted wheels/rims with tyres will not be accepted for return.

III. Wheels will only be accepted for return if they are in the original packaging.

IV. Tyres will not be accepted for return if they have been mounted on wheels.

V. A 10% cancellation/exchange/refund fee applies to all orders cancelled by the buyer for personal reasons, if accepted by the seller.
